Fitness Classes

Group Fitness Classes are open to all men and women 12 years and older. An adult must accompany any participant under 16. Invite your friends and neighbors!

*Childcare available for specific classes, ages: 6 weeks - 11 years old, cost: $2 per child; $5 max per family.



Class Descriptions

Fit and Flex: This class is designed to focus on improving balance, flexibility and strength. Weights, bands, stability balls and body weight exercises are incorporated. 

Pilates Fusion: This class is a full body training that strengthens, tightens and tones the entire body using Pilates, weights and the stability ball.

Power Up: Come prepared to sweat, breathe, work hard and push yourself just a tidge outside of your comfort zone ... where growth happens!

Yoga: A class for all ages who want to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, balance and relaxation resulting in relief of stress and tension.
